Working directly with Jimmy Wales we helped architect a technology team to see through a greenfield project from inception to both UK and US launch.

Hiring 11 people over 6 months (mixture of contract and permanent) we were able to design and build the team who could deliver complex work to tight deadlines without late nights.

We are continuing our work with the team, which contains some of the brightest technologists in the UK.

I worked with Team Prime on my latest venture, The People's Operator. Team Prime helped us architect the team structure, then find some of the smartest developers in the UK to start building our products - all within a few weeks of our first contact. We worked with them to hire both contract and permanent hires, and I love working with the team they crafted with us.
