TCT is a small charity and is developing fast. The role required an individual who had the vision and ability to look beyond their current position to see what they were capable of achieving moving forwards. Ultimately they needed to find somebody up for a challenge!

We set to work knowing hiring the right person for roles like this can be challenging, charities can attract a lot of interest, but finding the a person with the right attitude is key. We found and placed that person within a few weeks of the brief.

We did this as a donation to TCT, no fees were applied.
