Working directly with Lily Cole, we helped put some strategy in place to move the project forward from where it had become blocked regards current technology development.

We hosted a meeting with us and another digital strategy and planner friend, Matthew Knight, and drew up plans to ensure forward motion with as little resistance for the project as possible.

We also gave recruitment strategy for the next stage of the business, including staff costings, projected team structure and who in the team to hire first, and hire dependencies.
