I am really happy to be writing this blog post. It’s been a while coming and something we’ve been looking forward to doing for some time. I’m excited to announce we’re changing what we’re doing at Team Prime. We will continue the team builds we are working on for current clients for as long as they want, and we will stay on as advisors to Government Digital Service. But from this point onwards we will not be taking on any new clients for recruitment work.

What are we up to?

We’re building something.

Our new product will revolutionise recruitment, and finally provide the solution all of us in the tech industry desperately want. We’ll blog more about this over the coming year but for now it’s going to be in stealth mode. We’re all very excited about it at Team Prime. Moving from service to product has been our plan for some time – and we have now sufficiently funded ourselves to do so.

We’re tired of the way recruitment is, and we know what we want to do to change it. We’re excited to take you with us as we do, and by using our new service when it’s ready (provisionally autumn) and spreading the word we can do it – together.

Thanks to everyone – clients and candidates – for all your support whilst we completed some corking team builds over the last 3 years, it has been a pleasure to work with such smart, world changing people and organisations. We’re looking forward to more of the same with a Team Prime twist very soon.
